The Secretary of Social Development of the state of Querétaro, Luis Nava, led a training session in Ezequiel Montes aimed at the peace promoters of the "Contigo Estamos Mejor" strategy. The purpose of this initiative is to strengthen coexistence and prevent violence, urging Querétaro families to join the effort to build peace and promote good coexistence from their homes and communities.
During the event, Nava emphasized the importance of everyone's participation to achieve a more peaceful environment. He highlighted the leadership present in the team of peace promoters and expressed his conviction that, by working together, it is possible to achieve a peaceful Querétaro. The fundamental objective of "Contigo Estamos Mejor" is to improve coexistence in homes, neighborhoods, communities, and schools, in order to maintain the quality of life and tranquility in Querétaro.
At the conclusion of the training, the official reminded attendees that many violent acts have their origins in the domestic sphere. He stressed the importance of addressing these problems at their root, avoiding situations arising from alcohol abuse or everyday family conflicts. In this regard, he highlighted the relevance of citizen participation to promote harmonious coexistence and sow the seed of peace in society.
